The Start of the New Year Brings New Members to Our Team

AGI Corporation has been designing and manufacturing Tooling used for the Assembly Industry since 1994. The Test and Automation Division, started in 2006, has served the Functional and Final Test needs for our customers. Since 2009, AGI has had great success providing customers with high quality laser cut stencils. Due to the growing need for Test Fixtures, Low Cost Automation and Stencils we are adding staff to meet demand.

Test Fixture and Low Cost Automation Group Welcomes our new Project Manager, Jason Thompson, with over 15 years of experience in Test and Engineering, will oversee customer projects from design concept to final build ensuring the order is built to the customer’s expectations. Having worked in the industry for 15+ years, Jason has developed a keen sense of customer needs. Working along side AGI’s proven team; he will be able to efficiently schedule and manage projects to ensure meeting the customer’s expectations. 

Providing support and knowledge to the Test and Engineering Team, please welcome Wendell Gulley. Wendell brings over 20 years of experience with Applications Engineering, Project Management, Design, Scheduling, Quotations and Fabrication in the Test Industry for commercial and DoD. He will be working closely with our customers to coordinate requirements for custom test solutions while keeping them informed of project status, expected deliveries and resolving any questions that may come up.

Stencils Continue Strong Growth and are Proud to Welcome Sonya Batey to our proven Stencil Team. Sonya has worked in the Electronics Industry for more than 30 years with the last 8 years dedicated to Surface Mount Technology.  Appropriately stated by Jason Putman, AGI Stencil Manager, “With her knowledge base and experience I feel we will benefit greatly.”
